Refund Policy
LA SCALA TRAD IMPEX SRL provides consulting services, customized ERP systems, and managed services. Due to the customized and professional nature of our services, refund conditions are subject to the terms outlined below.
Consulting Services
Fees paid for consulting sessions, workshops, and events are generally non-refundable once the service has been delivered. If a cancellation is made prior to service delivery, refund eligibility will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
ERP Development and Managed Services
Customized ERP development projects are non-refundable once work has commenced. Managed service subscriptions may be canceled according to the agreed contract terms.
Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be considered in exceptional cases where services were not delivered as agreed. Any approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
